This three-day invitation-only event offers a unique mix of business and pleasure - making it an experience you will never forget.
You’ll be interacting with top students from around the world, developing critical leadership skills and working as part of a team to solve a complex business case. You'll also meet some of the people behind the Deloitte success story - as well as representatives from the Institute for Management Development (IMD).

Of course, it will not only be about work. We have organized a number of activities to help you get to know our firm, our people, our services and your peers. If you are aiming to build your career within a dynamic organization, attending this forum will help you to develop the skills, competencies and contacts needed to achieve your goals.

The business case will test your understanding of business practice and theory. You will also have an opportunity to apply real-life, practical issues and see how they are solved from the best people in the business. This is an interactive learning environment where your skills will be tested and challenged. For added incentive, the winning team will be recognized with a prize to remember.
The forum is designed to help you expand your range of skills, while considering the options you have for your career.

Do you qualify?

SBF calls for the ability to balance your individual achievement with an affinity for team-based challenges - all in pursuit of developing your international business career.
We are inviting high-performing individuals expecting to graduate in 2011 or 2012 to apply.

To be eligible, you should:

• have a strong academic background 
• be involved in extra-curricular activities 
• be able to demonstrate examples of leadership 
• possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team 
• have a desire to pursue an international business career

The forum will be conducted in English and you will need to be fluent in the language.
