Salary
Our main employment condition is of course your salary. Besides a fixed salary, you also get to share in Deloitte’s profit. The fixed salary is based on the role that you have and the competency profile that goes with that role.

Holidays/ leaves
Naturally, you can also expect an extensive package of secondary employment benefits that will really help you. A selection:
A time for time arrangement that creates flexibility for personal moments that matter;
26 days of paid annual leave, and the opportunity to purchase additional leave;
the option to exchange three national holidays for three non-national holidays;
the possibility to take a month of unpaid leave once a year;
the possibility to go on sabbatical for at least two months;
six weeks of fully paid birth leave for traditional households and rainbow families.

Tuition reimbursement
To Deloitte, your personal and professional development is important. That’s why we offer all sorts of learning programs, but you can also take external courses or studies. We will reimburse the costs. If you want to take an external course during your employment, we will even continue to pay (depending on your choice of course) half of your salary.

Pension scheme
Deloitte has a pension scheme based on defined contributions and which is held with Cappital. The amount of the contribution available for pension build-up is within the ranges of tax legislation.

Flexible budget
As part of our Employee Value Proposition, Deloitte offers its employees the opportunity to make choices in their employment benefits. Flexible Benefits Budget Scheme contributes to this.
