After a sports career, I have stepped into the world of Talent Acquisition and have been actively involved in providing impactful career switches of talents and tech experts within different industries. From energy companies via IT / IT System integrators and telco’s to fintech startups. Since 1998, I’ve helped many professionals changing their jobs for new challenges . Most of them within (global) corporates and banks. After having worked for the banking sector for the past 6 years, I have now opted for the global brand of Deloitte Technology. Why? As a Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant I am involved in the (proactive) recruitment of IT Consultants for Deloitte Consulting Technology. Our Technology Recruitment team focuses on the recruitment needs of the Technology Service Lines of Consulting. My main purpose is hiring new tech Consultants for the Service Lines: Enterprise Architecture (EA), Program Leadership (PL) and IT Strategy (ITS). These Technology service lines are for example responsible for successful technology implementation processes, (re) design and process optimization projects, the design of IT project program or IT portfolio management structures in complex business transformation and IT Strategy projects at (corporate) clients of Deloitte Consulting. A long sentence, I know. But incredibly interesting for people who really want to make an impact during their day time job! If you work 40-50 hours a week, you’d better make the most of it.
