The growth and development of people on both personal and professional level is my main driver in my work as a Recruiter. After studying Economics at the VU in Amsterdam I started my career in financial services as a relationship manager at a bank. Personnel & Organization appealed to me and I decided to start in recruitment as an intermediary at an employment agency. Until 2016, recruitment on the agency side, from employment agency to headhunter, especially in financial and business services, remained a common thread in my CV. To broaden my horizons, I started as an independent entrepreneur in 2013 and made the transition to corporate recruitment in 2016. April 2019 I started at Deloitte as an Experienced Recruiter Strategy Consulting for Strategy & Business Design (S&BD) / Monitor Deloitte, Supply Chain & Network Operations (SC&NO), M&A and Customer Strategy & Applied Design (CS&AD). The Deloitte consultants are very ambitious, quick thinkers and the service level is excellent. February 2020 I made the internal transfer to Group Support Services (GSC) and now my main focus is on staff and support roles for the Board, Client Services Organization (CSO), Shared SVCS Center, HRM, Customer & Marketing (C&M) / BCR and Finance & Control (F&C). My ambition is to make an active contribution to Deloitte's ambitious growth plans by inspiring and attracting the best experienced professionals from the labor market.

In my free time I like to spend time with my family, relatives and friends. Besides that I like to sport such as tennis, fitness and (hot) yoga.
