Our current Transaction Services (TS) team focus on Financial and Operational due diligence for  corporate clients as well as private equity. The TS team has been very successful in recent years have being involved in most of the major transactions in the Netherlands. You will become responsible for the Commercial Due Diligence proposition and build a team within the Transaction Services Team.

We are looking to expand this expertise with you having experience in Commercial due diligence experience for example at a Strategy consulting firm a Big 4 or Corporate Strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • setting up the commercial due diligence practice;
  • building, leading and steering your team;
  • delivering maximum quality for our clients;
  • conducting commercial due diligence;
  • pro-actively developing and pitching market and commercial insights to clients;
  • building a network of internal and external clients.

What do you offer

  • a relevant Master certificate (business administration, engineering, science);
  • at least 10 years relevant experience for example at a big 4, strategy firm or corporate strategy;
  • a passion for M&A;
  • analytical as well as commercial highly developed skills;
  • experience in successful coaching a young and ambitious team;
  • fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
