Applying for a job

You can apply for our vacancies online or send us an open application. We will ask you to tell us a bit more about yourself, such as your name and address, for example, and information about your educational background. You can upload your CV and a motivation letter. We will send you confirmation when we have received all your details. 


One of our recruiters will assess your details and determine whether you fit the profile of the vacancy you are applying for.

Selection test

If we think you fit with Deloitte, you will be invited for an online career scan: a validated IQ and EQ test by Deloitte. The Opportunity Analyzer on the site lets you determine where your talents would be best suited within Deloitte. We offer you three practice tests that will give you an indication of your qualities, motivation and intelligence.


Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited to a first interview with the recruiter. If you are a good match, there will also be interviews with our professionals. Usually, there will be three interviews in total.


When you have completed steps 1 to 4 successfully, you can start! Depending on the vacancy, this process takes between 2 and 4 weeks.
