Be the true you

Of course you enjoy connecting people and believe only the best is good enough for our clients. Above all, you dare to be yourself — the true you, with your own strengths, worldview and personality. As Business Relationship Manager you also have:

  • 3–5 years' proven experience in a comparable BRM, business partner or stakeholder management role.

What impact will you make?

  • As a BRM you combine excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence: you translate technical complexity into business language, listen actively and are persuasive. You build influential, trust-based relationships and collaborate smoothly in cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and a value-driven approach guide your choices; you solve problems creatively, mediate escalations, remain flexible during change and keep a constant focus on measurable outcomes.
  • You are a hands-on, strategic sparring partner: you regularly align with business and IT stakeholders, use data and feedback to maintain the relationship, anticipate trends and proactively manage risk mitigation.
  • You work closely with technical leads and specialists to deliver secure, compliant and cost-efficient solutions.

In this position you will work hybrid either from the Rotterdam office, or home. From time-to-time travel within the Netherlands might be needed, to visit other Deloitte offices and meet your internal stakeholders/clients.

Important: For this role we do not offer visa sponsorship and/or relocation.

You can upload your CV and a motivation letter. We will send you a confirmation when we have received all your details.

      Video thumbnail
When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
      Step 4: The interview
      Video thumbnail
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
      Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
