Naturally, you communicate complex ideas and analyses effectively, and organizational skills come naturally to you. Above all, you dare to be yourself—the true you—with your strengths and personality. Furthermore, as a Cybersecurity Team Lead, you have:
- 8+ years in security, risk or compliance related areas;
- 3+ years in a team lead or supervisory role;
- a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
- relevant certifications that emphasise governance and leadership e.g.: CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ISAE 3402 accreditation.

For this position, candidates must be an EU resident or live in The Netherlands, since we do not offer relocation budget and/or visa support.

How do you do this?
- co-lead and develop a sub team of cybersecurity team members;
- ensure consistent application of security policies, standards and controls across teams and sites;
- oversee cybersecurity process SLAs; track and report trends and lessons learned;
- support stakeholders across IT, risk & compliance, legal and business units to embed security processes into BAU operations;
- support translation of strategic objectives into operational plans and deliver end-to-end cybersecurity solutions;
- oversee service provider adherence to security process requirements and cost management;
- support cybersecurity training, awareness and competency programmes for operational staff on cybersecurity process execution;
- present process performance, risk posture and recommended improvements to stakeholders.
