Be the true you

  • 8+ years in commodity trading or consulting, including 5+ years leading ETRM implementations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one major platform (Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Triple Point, SAP CM).
  • Solid grasp of the front-to-back trade lifecycle and risk concepts across LNG, Gas, Power, Refined, Crude or NGLs.
  • Proven project-management skills; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; postgraduate qualification welcomed.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and team-leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (up to ~40%).

Deloitte’s Energy & Carbon Trading practice helps leading utilities, producers and trading houses modernise the systems and processes that underpin multi-commodity trading. As an ETRM Manager you will own the delivery of complex transformation projects while shaping our go-to-market and mentoring consultants.

How do you do this?

  • Lead end-to-end ETRM/CTRM projects – scope, plan, budget, deliver and support through hyper-care.
  • Design target trading processes (deal capture, risk, logistics, settlement) and translate them into functional designs on platforms such as Endur, Allegro, RightAngle or SAP CM.
  • Coordinate cross-functional Deloitte and client teams; manage risks, issues and dependencies; keep stakeholders informed with crisp status reporting.
  • Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals, RFP responses and thought leadership.
  • Coach junior colleagues and help develop delivery accelerators and market offerings.

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
