  • minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met automation-technologieën, inclusief proficiency in RPA-tools en low-code platforms voor het bouwen en integreren van geautomatiseerde workflows.
  • gedegen kennis van Generative AI en prompt engineering, met ervaring in het ontwikkelen van AI-gedreven oplossingen (werken met large language models, AI-assistenten, etc.) en inzicht in het orkestreren van meerdere AI-agents binnen complexe processen.
  • aantoonbare ervaring met cloudgebaseerde architecturen en AI-diensten (bijv. Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services) om schaalbare en veilige automatiseringsoplossingen te ontwerpen en te architectureren.
  • ervaring met het opbouwen van teams en mentorship, met bewezen vermogen om high-performing teams te leiden en een cultuur van continuous learning, creativiteit en innovatie te stimuleren.

How do you do this?

  • definieer de intelligent automation-strategie in lijn met onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen; prioriteer automatiseringsinitiatieven met hoge impact op persoonlijke productiviteit en end-to-end procesoptimalisatie.
  • leid en ontwikkel het Intelligent Automation-team, bouw competenties op in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI-oplossingsontwikkeling en prompt engineering, terwijl je teamleden mentort en best practices voor solution design en delivery vastlegt.
  • houd toezicht op het ontwerp en de implementatie van automatiseringsoplossingen, begeleid procesanalyse en kies de juiste tools of technologieën voor elke use case zodat oplossingen goed ge-architecteerd, schaalbaar en onderhoudbaar zijn.
  • werk samen met interne business units om automatiseringskansen te identificeren en vertaalt business requirements naar praktische technische oplossingen die pijnpunten wegnemen en efficiency verhogen.
  • fungeer als subject matter expert op het gebied van intelligent automation-tools en -trends, blijf op de hoogte van opkomende AI/machine learning-technologieën en introduceer nieuwe tools of methodologieën om Deloitte voorop te houden in innovatie.
  • stel governance en standaarden op voor automatiseringsprojecten, inclusief development-, security- en compliance-richtlijnen, en implementeer frameworks voor verantwoord AI-gebruik met passende risicobeheersing.
  • wees aanjager van continue verbetering en innovatie: monitor de performance van automatiseringen om verfijningen en enhancements door te voeren en stimuleer een cultuur van leren via proofs-of-concept en pilotprojecten.

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
