You need the following qualifications for the position of Junior Finance Business Partner:
- a university or bachelor's degree in finance (business economics/accountancy).
- at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a management accounting/junior controller role.
- excellent knowledge of MS Office and proven experience with ERP and data analytics or planning systems.
- an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
For this position we do not offer relocation and/or visa support. As a candidate you already need to be living in the Netherlands.

How do you do this?
- prepare analyses and provide key insights, guided by a thorough understanding of the business, in a manner that business leaders can readily understand and act upon;
- focus on analyzing the financial outcomes of global strategic initiatives and their impact on annual or long-term planning and forecasting;
- assist in supporting the planning & control cycle for the business, ensuring that strategic goals are embedded;
- prepare reports that include your analyses and key attention points for management and other key stakeholders. Translate complex data into compelling stories that inspire decision making and process improvement.
