You need the following qualifications for the position of Junior Finance Business Partner:

  • a university or bachelor's degree in finance (business economics/accountancy).
  • at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a management accounting/junior controller role.
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and proven experience with ERP and data analytics or planning systems.
  • an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

For this position we do not offer relocation and/or visa support. As a candidate you already need to be living in the Netherlands.

How do you do this?

  • prepare analyses and provide key insights, guided by a thorough understanding of the business, in a manner that business leaders can readily understand and act upon;
  • focus on analyzing the financial outcomes of global strategic initiatives and their impact on annual or long-term planning and forecasting;
  • assist in supporting the planning & control cycle for the business, ensuring that strategic goals are embedded;
  • prepare reports that include your analyses and key attention points for management and other key stakeholders. Translate complex data into compelling stories that inspire decision making and process improvement.

      Step 4: The interview

      Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
      Step 5: The offer
      When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
