- a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex digital transformations, especially in sales and service processes and CRM domain in financial services
- thorough understanding of core business drivers and processes within financial services firms
- a robust Dutch network in financial services firms
- multiple years of project or consultancy experience as an internal or external consultant or manager, with the ability to manage and lead high-performing teams

As Manager - Financial Services Transformation, you will drive digital innovation to revolutionize customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. Within six months, you will have delivered tangible results – reaching significant implementation milestones at a strategic account or developing strategic visions within 2 customer domains in the financial services sector. By leveraging CRM strategies and IT solutions, you'll align business goals with cutting-edge technologies, fostering stronger client relationships and enhancing overall market competitiveness.

How do you do this?
- take a leading role in establishing digital and CRM expertise in the financial services domain;
- set up, design, and deliver CRM projects/products with international, cross-functional teams;
- advise, support, and facilitate financial services customers in sales and service business processes;
- ensure our portfolio of projects aligns with strategic goals and adapt our propositions to changing market conditions;
- integrate innovative CRM and IT solutions like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, supporting implementation projects with a team;
- foster strong client relationships to drive strategic engagement and commercial success.
You will report to the Director and Partner of the Sales and Service Practice within the Financial Services Industry, with a strong focus on personal development and leading junior team members.
