- a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar;
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a SAP EAM Consultant with hands-on configuration experience, including key integrations with among others finance and supply chain;
- at least 2 completed full implementations from explore to deployment phase and familiar with various delivery methodologies, including Agile;
- hands-on experience implementing SAP EAM solutions and experience with the S/4HANA Intelligent Asset Management solution portfolio.

As (Senior) Consultant SAP EAM you are the ultimate connection guru between business and IT. You work in a team of professionals on various (inter)national SAP projects. With your experience in process improvement and hands-on SAP experience, you'll lead our clients to level up their asset and maintenance management game and implementing the SAP solution. This must meet IT requirements based on the latest SAP technologies and innovations. You are not just an expert, you're a real partner in crime for our clients. They can reach out to you anytime, anywhere and together you strive for sustainable solutions.

- mapping of business processes with related impact on processes, organization and IT landscape;

- conducting process workshops and demonstrating SAP Best Practice solutions;

Step 3: The assessment
When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
