- Minimum of 8 years professional experience with a focus on security and cryptography;
- Demonstrable experience leading client engagements and delivering end to end solutions;
- Proven business development experience: pipeline generation, bid management, commercial negotiation and closing deals;
- People leadership: hiring, performance management, mentoring and team scaling;
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, key management, PKI, HSMs and post-quantum cryptography concepts.
- Must hold a valid passport issued by an EU/EEA country. Dutch language skills are desirable.
What impact will you make?
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Cryptography to lead and grow our cryptography capability, drive business development and commercial activities, and lead delivery of complex client engagements. You will be responsible for shaping our cryptography proposition, winning and delivering engagements across sectors, mentoring a team of technical specialists and building sustainable revenue and talent pipelines.

- Lead large and complex (quantum) cryptography projects, providing strategic direction and overseeing multiple project teams;
- Develop new business opportunities and deepen client relationships to strengthen Deloitte’s position as market leader in post-quantum cryptography;
- Contribute to thought leadership in the cryptography field and actively participate in relevant networks and conferences;
- Effectively manage diverse teams in client engagements and support individuals in developing their industry knowledge and careers as a role model;
- Manage multiple clients and collaborate with other experts across Deloitte globally;
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a range of stakeholders.
