- A Master's degree and/or MBA;
- a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with the majority in consulting, and experience leading business transformations, optimizing processes, and executing complex projects and programs. Additionally, strong understanding of one of the ER&I sector market dynamics including key trends, competitive landscape, and the impact of disruptive technologies;
- proven experience of managing and leading successful teams and engagements on time and to budget, including initial scoping and commercials; experience in new business development with a track record of generating B2B sales;
- demonstrated experience in leading projects and delivering tangible results across various transformation initiatives, including target operating model design & implementation, process improvement, and cost reduction programmes;
- exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, manage competing priorities, and navigate challenging situations effectively;
- the skills to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, combined with excellent people-management capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset;
- an excellent command of written and spoken English (and preferably Dutch).

As a (Senior) Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams from Deloitte to deliver value to our clients across the full transformation lifecycle. This starts from defining an operations strategy to (re)designing, optimizing and implementing the operating model and core processes. You build meaningful and sustainable relationships with our clients and are an excellent project manager with industry expertise. Using strategic thinking and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you contribute to building future-proof solutions to ensure our clients operate more efficient, customer-oriented, and sustainable.
Together with your team you develop innovative and scalable solutions that help our clients on key topics such as future of retail, energy transition, or 5G. How do you do this?
- Lead project teams and take responsibility for planning, budgeting, and the quality of deliverables, ensure the right project structure and facilitate top management approval for proposed solutions;
- manage daily interactions with client leadership, understanding the issues and risk areas, and provide solutions and mitigating actions based on experience. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and stay continuously updated on the latest trends and developments in the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) sector to advise clients on embracing new (technological) opportunities;
- within the ER&I sector, translate business strategies into operational strategies and using in-depth knowledge of operational models and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience;
- contribute to proposal and pricing strategy development, and lead business development activities such as roundtables and developing point of views;
- guide and coach junior and mid-level team members, actively participate in staffing processes, and support recruitment and talent retention within the team;
- champion diversity and inclusion within the team and lead broader practice development initiatives.
