- A university Master’s degree and/or MBA and at least 6 years of relevant (consulting) work experience, most of which in the public sector;
- demonstrable experience in guiding business transformations, optimizing core processes, and executing complex projects and programs;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate complex situations;
- a broad network within the public sector and an understanding of current trends, challenges, and developments;
- experience in managing (multidisciplinary) teams and excellent people management skills;
- excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
What impact will you make?
As a (Senior) Manager, you lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. This starts with defining an operational strategy and extends to (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes. You build meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and are an excellent project manager with industry expertise. With a strategic mindset and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you help define future-proof solutions to make our clients more efficient, customer-centric, and sustainable.
Together with your team, you develop innovative and scalable improvements for our clients to respond to rapidly evolving technologies, a quickly changing geopolitical landscape, and a tight labor market in the public sector. How do you do this?
- You lead projects in which you guide various clients with a team from (operational) strategy to execution. You are responsible for planning, budgeting, and the quality of deliverables.
- You develop and maintain relationships with the client's (senior) management and offer effective solutions based on experience and best practices.
- You contribute to the development of proposals and pricing strategies and lead business development activities to address client challenges.
- You supervise and coach team members and contribute to attracting and retaining talent.
- You have a broad network within the public sector and an understanding of current trends, challenges, and developments.
