Be the true you
• 8+ years of relevant experience in CRM, with a focus on Sales and Service processes in the manufacturing industry.
• A proven track record in business development, pipeline building, and consultative sales.
• Experience with CRM tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at C-level.
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on delivering client value and team success.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred.

How do you do this?
• Leverage your industry network to identify and secure new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector (process and/or discrete manufacturing).
• Build and maintain a joint commercial pipeline in collaboration with leading CRM vendors such as Microsoft and Salesforce.
• Guide clients through CRM strategy, selection, and implementation, with a focus on B2B Sales and Service transformations.
• Act as a thought partner to clients, offering strategic advice across CRM, pricing, sales strategy, service excellence, contact centers, and field service.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to the broader Customer ecosystem across Deloitte, including E-commerce, Marketing, and Customer Strategy.
• Foster long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor both during and after project delivery.
• You’ll work closely with senior colleagues across the Manufacturing industry and Technology & Transformation teams, combining deep industry knowledge with leading-edge CRM technology to drive real client impact.
