  • A university Master’s or bachelor's degree;
  • A minimum of 8 years of implementation experience as a SAP Ariba consultant (e.g. Ariba Buying and Invoicing incl. Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management);
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement implementations as team lead
  • Business development experience is preferred

What impact will you make?

As (Senior) Manager SAP Ariba, you will be part of Deloitte consulting’s SAP offering. You will be at the heart of defining and realizing innovative SAP Ariba digital procurement and supply chain cloud solutions for leading clients. A pivotal role within end-to-end business transformations.

Leveraging your Procurement expertise, passion and knowledge of Digital Procurement technologies with a strong focus on SAP Ariba, you design and deliver digital procurement transformations. With your team, you design the future Operating Model, define future Source-to-Pay processes & requirements and drive organizational readiness. You build long-term relationships with our clients and jointly deliver impactful transformations.

You will share your expertise with about 250 other colleagues in the SAP team that is part of Deloitte Consulting. Our team works on end-to-end business transformations, Finance and Supply Chain transformations supported by SAP S/4HANA,Integrated Business Planning, and the latest SAP innovations like SAP Ariba. Central to these transformations is the generation of the maximum value for our customers within the set timeline. Within our team, innovation, fun and personal development are of paramount importance.

How do you do this?

  • Lead the delivery of the latest innovative solutions like SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing with Guided Buying, Sourcing, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration etc.) and / or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
  • Challenge our clients on business processes based on best practices
  • Have technical and functional discussions with developers in order to provide the best solution for the client;
  • Support clients with testing and deployment activities and manage challenging (fit to standard) client discussions;
  • Support Deloitte SAP leadership in selling new SAP Ariba projects.

If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
