As a (Senior) Manager you are part of a close‑knit and committed team focused on complex valuation questions and on analysing and quantifying business plans, investment decisions and financing structures. You will have opportunities for professional development, work closely with colleagues across Deloitte M&A and engage with senior clients and stakeholders. The Valuation & Modelling team has specific expertise in Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services and Consumer Business, and you will have ample opportunity to contribute in these areas.
Our valuations provide insight for the acquisition or disposal of companies, or for financial or tax restructurings. We also conduct valuation analyses for shareholder and commercial disputes and relating to financial reporting. Our clients, particularly in energy and infrastructure, increasingly focus on analysing and quantifying business plans and investment decisions: is the business case viable, what is the financing requirement and which options are available to meet it? In all cases you will work with the team to understand activities, financial performance and the key drivers of an existing or prospective business, and translate those insights into well‑founded financial analyses. That is how you make a difference!
