On Friday April 20th, you will have the opportunity to join our Monitor Deloitte team. On the day you will have multiple interviews and meet our colleagues in an informal setting.

For the Monitor Deloitte Recruitment Day we are looking for ambitious starters and young professionals with a maximum of 5 years of work experience. Our initial screening is based on the following data:
- Curriculum vitae
- Cover letter
- Lists of grades of high school, bachelor and master
After you clear the screening, we will invite you to conduct an online assessment. This assessment consists of a cognitive section as well as a personality test. Based on the scores of your online assessment, you may be invited to the Monitor Deloitte Recruitment Day. This selection day consists of a number of application rounds:
- Round 1: Two 60 minute case interviews and a 45 minute personal interview
- Round 2: Group Case
- Round 3: Final interview with a director or partner
On successfully completing all application rounds, you will receive an offer on the same day!
After the closing date (8 April) we will make a selection. If you are selected, Julia Plandsoen (our recruiter) will be in touch with you in the week of April 20. She will also provide you with more information about the day.
