Employee Experience includes all transactions encompassing the physical, technological and organizational work environment. In fact, Organizations with highly engaged employees experience a 3-year revenue growth rate 2.3 times greater than average (20.1% growth vs. 8.9% growth) and it has been found that highly engaged workforces are 22% more productive than their less engaged peers. A critical enabler to enhance employee experience is through Digital HR, leveraging technology to provide seamless interactions before organizational functions, from onboarding, talent management and processing leave requests. The employee experience is embedded in each step.
We have formed a strong partnership with ServiceNow, an industry leader in the HR Service Delivery technology space and there is enormous growth opportunity in the coming years. We are uniquely positioned in the Deloitte NL team to further strengthen and Grow our fast growing Service Now HR team, our local partnership and drive the development of the Deloitte and the ServiceNoW EMEA community in an effort to deliver the seamless employee experience.
The opportunity for our Working Student is to support the development of the Deloitte and ServiceNow Netherlands and EMEA communities. Helping us build our go to market approach, foster strong relationships, develop deep subject matter expertise and realize the enormous market opportunity across both the Netherlands and EMEA more broadly.
We are looking for a Working Student for our Deloitte (ServiceNow) team within Human Capital to build our offering and market position, through a number of activities, including:
- Synthesis of existing materials from Deloitte and other relevant sources
- Analysis of market and client impacts on our go-to-market approach and offering
- Consolidate, maintain and manage a knowledge repository to help service now NL and EMEA community
- Support the maintenance and development of our account and opportunity mapping and pipeline
- Support in the development of our capability development pipeline, training and certification process
- Development of client workshops and demos
- Support in the development of client RFP responses
- Relationship management between internal and external stakeholders
The position is based in Amsterdam and potentially at other locations for client work. Current thinking is that this role requires 4 days per week and has a duration of 5 months, but we are open to discuss alternative agreements.

In addition, you have:
- A degree in strategy, HR, technology or related field
- Strong communication skills
- A structured and analytical approach
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Experience interacting with a range of stakeholders
