Salary
Our main employment condition is, of course, your salary. Your fixed salary is based on the role that you have and the competency profile that goes with that role. Besides a fixed salary, you also get to share in Deloitte’s profit.
Leave options
We offer a flexible range of leave options to support your work-life balance. Such as:
A time for time arrangement that creates flexibility for personal moments that matter;
26 days of paid annual leave, and the opportunity to purchase additional leave;
the option to exchange three national holidays for three non-national holidays;
the option to take a month of unpaid leave once a year;
the option to go on sabbatical for at least two months;
six weeks of fully paid birth leave for traditional households and rainbow families.
Learning & Development
To Deloitte, your personal and professional development is important. That’s why we offer all sorts of learning programs, but you can also take external courses or studies. If you want to take an external course during your employment, we will even cover (part) of the study hours through a study hours budget.
Travel

Pension scheme
Deloitte has a pension scheme based on defined contributions (age-based) via a.s.r. Cappital. The amount of the contribution available for pension build-up is within the ranges of tax legislation.
