In this project we work with the client to explore what the supply chain should look like — for example the layout of a warehouse, transport and support from a third‑party logistics provider. At the same time we advise on the tax consequences of such a setup, for example in the areas of customs and VAT, and on the commercial impact, such as scalability, volumes and customer reach."
