Be the true you

Above all, dare to be yourself. The true you. With your own strengths, perspective on the world, and personality. Furthermore, as a Content Marketing Working Student:

  • You’re creative and always looking for the best way to tell the story, even if you have to question briefs, improve them, and propose better approaches;
  • You can turn complicated technical jargon and abstract concepts into clear, human language;
  • You’re autonomous and experimental, and back your experiments with data. You like measuring what works and iterating fast;
  • You’re proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, Figma or similar) and comfortable working with both words and visuals;
  • You have a GenAI-first mentality — experienced in integrating generative AI tools into content workflows to reduce production time while maintaining quality and a human voice;
  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field; experience in content/marketing is a plus;
  • You're available for 16 hours a week.

What impact will you make?

You’ll help shape how Deloitte Netherlands talks about innovation and technology, both inside the firm and beyond. Also, you’ll bring innovation to life by creating high‑visibility content across channels, including articles, social posts, videos, newsletters and infographics, so people can actually see what we mean by innovation.

This role encourages trying new formats, testing them with real data and iterating quickly so (your) ideas get better over time. Projects reach colleagues as well as external audiences and directly influence how innovation is discussed and visualised.

Together makes progress

Connect your future to Deloitte

How do you do this?

  • Own the content calendar and end‑to‑end production for Deloitte Netherlands’ innovation communications;
  • Try your hand at creating across formats: from thought pieces, short social clips and infographics to reusable visual templates;
  • Translate technical briefs into approachable audience-centered stories by asking the right questions and finding the human angle;
  • Design and produce visual assets using Adobe/Figma/Affinity and build re-usable templates;
  • Share your content ideas, build your stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with innovation leaders;
  • Measure, learn, and iterate on content strategy. There will be plenty of room to experiment.
  • Anna Snijdoodt | Senior Manager Customer Strategy & Design

    "Bij Deloitte kan ik werken op het snijvlak van strategie en design, om zo duurzame oplossingen te creëren."
  • Katja Smoor | Senior Manager Strategy & Business Design

    ''Ik help technische bedrijven graag met het oplossen van ingewikkelde cases.''

    You can upload your CV and a motivation letter. We will send you a confirmation when we have received all your details.
    Step 3: The assessment

    When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
    Step 4: The interview
    Video thumbnail
    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
    When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
