Be the true you

We seek individuals who are naturally curious and eager to learn every day, with a keen eye for detail. But most importantly, be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths, unique perspective, and character. For the position of Data Analyst in Audit & Assurance, you need:

• A master’s degree in a relevant data field;
• 0–3 years’ professional experience in a relevant area.
• familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps and Agile ways of working;
• affinity with finance or accounting data or processes;

• the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences;

• fluency in English and Dutch, or the ambition to reach B2 Dutch in time.

What impact will you make?

In this role you’ll contribute to improving audit quality and efficiency while gaining practical experience across the analytics lifecycle from prototype to production. You will work closely with auditors, clients and platform teams and benefit from hands-on training, structured mentorship and regular feedback to accelerate your technical and professional development. You will support audit teams in adopting analytics through training, clear documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Within a supportive team culture, you’ll have opportunities to deepen your expertise through on-the-job learning, formal training and focused projects, with clear pathways to specialise in analytical engineering, visualisation or advanced analytics.

Our work rhythm follows the audit cycle: early months are client facing, followed by time for internal development and innovation. We value work–life balance and rarely require overtime. We have a hybrid working environment, with 2 days in office with the team or clients.

    Video thumbnail
    When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
    Step 4: The interview
    Video thumbnail
    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
    When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
