Be the true you
- 10+ years of consulting and business development experience in a TMT context
- Proven track record in shaping and delivering Human Capital transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Experience advising senior executives and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Fluency in Dutch and English

We are expanding our Human Capital (HC) portfolio within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation (T&T) practice in the Netherlands. To accelerate our growth in the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunication) sector, we are looking for an experienced Director or Partner who combines strategic vision with commercial drive and deep expertise in Human Capital solutions.
Our Human Capital portfolio consists of the following teams / market offerings: HR Strategy & Operations, HR Technology, Transformational Change, Major Programs, Future Organization.

How do you do this?
In this role, you will drive the HC agenda for TMT across the Dutch market, shaping strategy, driving business development, and delivering complex transformation programmes.
You will:
- Drive strategic and commercial growth of HC offerings within the TMT industry
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships across telecom, media, and technology clients
- Identify and shape opportunities, define proposals, and convert them into impactful engagements
- Guide clients in developing Human Capital blueprints and roadmaps
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from early visioning to implementation and adoption
- Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership in the TMT domain
- Inspire, coach and develop multidisciplinary project teams
- Foster a learning environment with continuous growth opportunities
- Partner with Talent teams to attract, develop and retain top talent
- Champion a high-performance culture based on collaboration and integrity
