With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of eCommerce Martech Consultant:
- A Master’s degree related to Business and/or Technology and 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Digital Commerce and/or Martech platforms, preferably in consulting;
- A proven track record in business analysis (methods), writing functional designs, and various project management techniques (agile, waterfall and/or other project methodologies);
- Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, analytical capabilities, and being results-oriented;
- Experience with at least one commerce and/or marketing platform solution, for example CDPs, eCommerce platforms, PIMs, Merchandising tooling, Loyalty platforms, or experience with specific vendors such as Salesforce, Adobe, Commercetools or SAP in the marketing & eCommerce domain;

You will advise our clients on how to execute technology enabled transformations from strategy to implementation, leveraging leading platforms including Salesforce, Adobe and more. How do you do this?
- Apply your expertise to implement Marketing & eCommerce related platforms, solutions, and tooling at our clients
- Support our clients to select the right technological solution that best matches their Marketing & eCommerce operations and strategy
- Collect and analyse business requirements through interactive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research

When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
