Leid de ontwikkeling en implementatie van (Gen)AI en geavanceerde automatiseringstechnologieën om organisaties te transformeren bij Deloitte.

Als Manager AI Insights & Engagement combineer jij diepgaande kennis van data, analytics en (Gen)AI met sectorinzicht om daarmee end-to-end AI- en dataoplossingen te ontwikkelen die onze klanten helpen te transformeren in toekomstbestendige organisaties. Je begrijpt hoe je strategische doelstellingen kunt vertalen naar tactische en operationele AI- en dataoplossingen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen, technologie en data naadloos op elkaar zijn afgestemd om maximale waarde te creëren. In nauwe samenwerking met je team en de klant geef je vorm aan de AI- en data roadmaps die de transformatie mogelijk maken.

Een afgeronde masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in Econometrie, Natuurkunde, (Toegepaste) Wiskunde, Data Science, Informatica, Artificial Intelligence, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Politieke Wetenschappen, Sociale Wetenschappen of Bestuurskunde;
Minimaal 6 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in data, analytics, AI en/of automation, ontwikkelen en implementeren van AI-en dataoplossingen;
Aantoonbare ervaring in project- en accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in complexe AI- en automatiseringstrajecten;
Diepgaande kennis en uitstekend begrip van de huidige trends, uitdagingen en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI, data governance, operating modellen en veranderingsprocessen;
Aantoonbare ervaring in het opbouwen van relaties, het meebrengen van een actief netwerk is een pré;
Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en effectiviteit in het samenwerken met zowel klanten als teamleden.

Als Manager AI Insights & Engagement werk je in een multidisciplinair team dat zich bezighoudt met een grote diversiteit aan projecten op het gebied van data, analytics en AI. Samen met ruim 160 collega’s zet jij je iedere dag in voor onze klanten. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij als professional voortdurend groeit. How do you do this?
Je vertaalt de strategische ambitie en specifieke klantuitdagingen naar innovatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen op het gebied van (Gen)AI, data, automation en analytics.
Je leidt projecten binnen het domein van Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, data en analytics, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines en verantwoordelijkheid hebt voor planning, budgettering en oplevering van kwalitatief hoogstaande resultaten;
Je adviseert en ondersteunt klanten bij het inrichten van governance, operating modellen, en datamanagementfundamenten die essentieel zijn om AI- en datagedreven transformaties duurzaam te laten plaatsvinden.
Je faciliteert commerciële initiatieven zoals workshops, seminars en het ontwikkelen van whitepapers waarbij je de strategische waarde en impact van (Gen)AI en geavanceerde automatisering onderbouwt.
Je identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen en ontwikkelt voorstellen voor projecten die organisaties helpen hun AI- en data ambities te realiseren en concurrentievoordeel te behalen.
Je coacht en begeleidt junior teamleden in hun professionele groei om hun prestaties en persoonlijke ontwikkeling te bevorderen.

Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
