Be the true you
We are looking for ambitious team players with strong analytical and communication skills. You take ownership of challenges, drive solutions, and have the potential to grow into a leadership role. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service (e.g. service order management, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, field service, etc.);
- Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, FSM, SAP Field Service Management is a plus;
- You have proven ability to lead SAP S4HANA Service projects from start to finish;
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams throughout the project lifecycle;
- Strong awareness of political and cultural dynamics in international projects;
- Fluency in English and Dutch.

How do you do this?
We seek passionate professionals with a deep understanding of SAP Service Management solutions and a commitment to service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading design discussions and fit-to-standard workshops to define the to-be processes for our clients;
- Translating business requirements into a business process design and/or technical designs;
- Configuring SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) solutions and ensuring alignment with project templates and best practices;
- Supporting testing, training, and go-live preparation while maintaining compliance with implementation standards;
- Staying ahead of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) developments and assessing their impact on Deloitte and our clients;
- Contributing to the development of innovative ERP solutions, including sustainability initiatives, low-code application development (SAP Build), and artificial intelligence (AI).
