With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Project Manager:
- a university degree; economic or business background preferred;
- at least 4 years of proven project delivery experience, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment;
- proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects using both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) approaches;
- strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and engaging senior stakeholders;
- proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and project reporting tools; experience with Power BI is an advantage;
- hands-on experience with change planning and embedding new behaviors and processes;
- excellent command of the Dutch and English languages (both spoken and written at a professional level).
What impact will you make?
As a Project Manager within the EF Transformation Office you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery for strategic projects and programs that drive efficiency and operational excellence across Enabling Functions. You will combine strong delivery discipline with stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed scope and quality. You will work for Deloitte internally and deliver projects.

How do you do this?
- leading the planning, delivery and closure of projects within the Enabling Functions (EF) portfolio;
- define project scopes and success criteria and develop project plans with clear resource, budget and dependency requirements;
- establish and maintain governance: chair project and steering-committee meetings, prepare decision packs, record actions and drive timely follow‑up;
- monitor progress through milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and financial reporting; escalate where appropriate and propose remediation actions;
- proactively manage risks and issues by identifying, assessing, planning mitigations and activating contingency measures;
- lead and coach multidisciplinary project teams (internal and external), ensuring clarity of roles, accountability and effective collaboration;
- engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and enable transparent decision‑making;
- drive change activities to secure adoption of new ways of working, including communications, training and benefits realization tracking.
