As a (Senior) Consultant, you have:

  • A Master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, for example in management/strategy consulting or in a corporate strategy, operations, or product-owner role within the technology, media, or telecom industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in areas like, AI transformation/implementations target operating model (TOM) design, agile process optimization, ecosystem orchestration, or large-scale transformation.
  • A deep understanding of the TMT market landscape and a strong passion for emerging technological trends (e.g., SaaS models, IoT ecosystems, fiber rollout, AI integration).
  • An intrinsic motivation to help clients navigate digital disruption and build sustainable, future-proof operational structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory).

What impact will you make?

As a Senior Consultant within Operations & Industry Solutions (OIDS), you will play a crucial role in the transformation of the core operations, digital infrastructure, and commercial models of the world’s leading Technology, Media, and Telecommunications companies. Working hands-on, you will help advise, design, and implement the business and technology solutions that accelerate digital transformation, turning ambitious strategies into tangible results.

You will collaborate with leading TMT clients to reimagine their operations and processes to solve complex challenges in an era of rapid technological progress. Your work will directly contribute to high-profile projects spanning 5G/6G deployment, AI driven transformation, next-generation network architecture and subscription-based business model innovation helping to optimize these systems for maximum efficiency and growth.

As a key member of our project teams, you will leverage advanced digital platforms, cloud architecture, and data-driven insights to help TMT clients streamline operations, scale infrastructure rapidly, and build the agility needed to thrive in ever-evolving markets.

How do you do this?

  • Project Delivery & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex project workstreams, conducting deep-dive operational analyses, designing future-state business models, and creating high-quality deliverables that drive massive transformation programs.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with client counterparts—from innovative tech scale-ups to established telecom operators—on a daily basis, building trusted relationships, facilitating agile workshops, and clearly communicating strategic recommendations.
  • Business & Practice Development: Actively support the development of commercial proposals and contribute to building our team's thought leadership by developing new points of view on key TMT trends (e.g., AI-driven operations, edge computing, monetization of connectivity).
  • Team Collaboration & Coaching: Act as a role model and mentor for junior consultants, providing on-the-job coaching, fostering an inclusive team culture, and driving a collaborative environment.

    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage?     Step 5: The offer
