With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Digital Designer:
- Expert-level Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, constraints, prototyping, team libraries) and Token Studio for creating, organising and applying design tokens for multi‑brand theming.
- Experience with Storybook/component libraries, token‑to‑code workflows (Style Dictionary, CI pipelines) and accessibility/design QA tools.
- Strong visual fundamentals (typography, colour systems, layout, spacing, iconography) and proven experience building or contributing to design systems and multi‑brand digital products; portfolio required
- Solid UX practice, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing, with deep knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first pattern
- Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2.1+), experience designing accessible components, documenting tokens/guidelines, and mapping design to code with front‑end engineers.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Stakeholder management; able to present design rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences, write clear documentation, and work effectively in Agile teams
What impact will you make?
We are looking for a medior Digital Designer with strong design system experience to help define, scale and maintain a multi-brand digital design ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines excellent visual and UX design skills with a practical understanding of how design systems, tokens and front-end implementation work together.
The Digital Designer will work across brands, platforms and product teams to create accessible, reusable and well-documented UI components, patterns and templates. They will collaborate closely with designers, front-end engineers, product owners and stakeholders to ensure design quality, consistency and scalability from concept through to implementation.

How do you do this?
- Define, build and maintain a multi-brand component library and token architecture in Figma, using Token Studio.
- Create high-quality, accessible UI components, patterns and templates for reuse across brands, products and platforms.
- Design and validate UX flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
- Establish and maintain design system governance, including versioning, contribution workflows, documentation and onboarding materials.
- Support Storybook and component development by providing clear specifications, guidance and design QA.
- Define accessibility acceptance criteria in line with WCAG 2.1+ standards
- Provide design QA during development, review implemented components and resolve discrepancies between design and build
