- have graduated with a master’s degree, with a preference for technology-related studies such as Business Information; Management, Engineering, or Informatics;
- have at least six years of relevant and demonstrable work experience, preferably in consulting and the financial services industry;
- a broad network within the financial services industry;
- have advised CIOs in the digital age, with proven experience on our type of projects;
- have a deep understanding of technology-related developments in the financial services industry;
- you are ambitious, commercial, and you dare to be entrepreneurial;
- you are a team player, and you master both the English and Dutch language.

How do you do this?
Using your experience across business and technology, you will lead projects that deliver essential value to our clients. You ensure a growing awareness about the importance of modern architecture and data management within organizations, and you will also lead companies with complex technology-enabled transformations. You will apply your knowledge and experience in disrupting technologies and solutions. At the same time, you lead clients in developing their enterprise or domain architecture, data strategy or data architecture, and developing vision and policies to effectively manage data technology and data assets. Typical project activities are:
- assessing the organization’s current state architecture, defining future state architecture and designing the roadmap to reach the future state;
- providing content-wise guidance in complex technology-enabled transformations as post-Merger integrations, cloud-, agile and digital transformations;
- applying your knowledge and experience in disrupting technologies as cloud, eco-systems, IoT and DevOps;
- defining data strategies and designing data architectures and data governance as a critical enabler for bringing value from disruptive technologies for new and better client services;
- designing process automation and orchestration to facilitate effective digital business transformations
Our team works for various financial firms, including banks, investment houses, lenders, finance companies, real estate brokers, pension administrators and insurance companies, where our clients rely on us to help them with a wide variety of challenges. Together with your team, you are responsible for designing and guiding technology-enabled business transformations to realize our customers’ strategy.
