- A university degree (or bachelor’s) in finance, business economics or a related discipline.
- At least eight years’ relevant experience in a finance/business partnering role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Dutch is highly preferable.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics/financial planning tools.
What impact will you make?
Your main location will be Rotterdam and/or Utrecht. You also have the possibility to work from home and will meet-up with the team/business at one of our locations regularly.

How do you do this?
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of the business (business model, customers, offerings) to strategically guide Business Leads and shape key decisions that add value.
- Analyse and report on performance and provide forward‑looking analyses and scenario modelling to inform business decisions for existing and future business models.
- Develop business cases, initiatives and KPI sets, and support related finance processes.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by working closely with the FP&A team, using predictive forecasting and driver‑based planning tools.
- Lead by example: inspire and motivate colleagues, promote collaboration across the business, and build sustainable working relationships.
We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded Finance Business Partner who can translate complex data into compelling business insights and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Business Leads to shape commercial outcomes and help deliver sustainable growth.
