With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager EWM:
- a university master degree or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, or a comparable study;
- project management skills are required;
- at least 8 years of relevant implementation experience with Supply Chain processes in the field of Warehouse Management;
- relevant expertise in the field of SAP SCM (MM, SD, WM, EWM) and S/4HANA;
- an above average interest in understanding the Supply Chains of multinationals and how they are reflected in SAP;
- broad experience in full cycle EWM (greenfield) implementation and in-depth configuration experience;
What impact will you make?
As (Senior) Manager EWM you who will help our clients moving through their S/4HANA journey by designing and implementing their operational logistics processes. This includes the latest SAP Extended Warehouse Management processes and functionalities, but also a strong focus on the more Inventory-to—Full fill elements. The majority of our programs are global greenfield implementation which require strong business and IT understanding of the business dynamics and ability to drive standardization, operational excellence and realize functional ambitions.

How do you do this?
- conducting a feasibility study/business case for a successful SAP implementation;
- defining, analyzing and mapping the operational logistics / warehouse management processes (e.g. storage, (de)consolidation) and the related impact on organization and IT;
- defining business requirements and translating them into functional specifications;
- advising the client regarding improvement areas and possibilities within (extended) warehouse management;
- configuring and implementing process improvements by going through SAP’s six phases methodology: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- performing the role of stream lead for global S/4HANA transformation or project lead for specific project in the operational logistics domain.
