  • you are in the final year of your master's program, this can be either a legal, a business or a technical program, such as (but not limited to): IP/IT law, Information law, Information Management, (Business) Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, or another related discipline; 

  • you are available at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months; 

  • you have strong verbal and written proficiency in both Dutch and English; 

  • you have the ambition to further develop yourself and are open to starting as a consultant at Deloitte after your studies.

What impact will you make?

Our team specializes in Digital Regulations, focusing on GDPR and Europe Fit for a Digital Age priorities. We assist clients with complex digital regulation and privacy issues, including AI regulation, digital markets, data-sharing, and Privacy-by-Design. You'll support the team, gaining valuable experience and contributing to projects involving cross-border privacy, biometric data, and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies.  

This role offers diverse learning opportunities, helping you develop expertise in emerging digital regulations and privacy topics.

How do you do this?

  • you support the Digital Regulations & Privacy team in project management, enhancing internal processes, developing propositions, and assisting in organizing events; 

  • you collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds within Deloitte's dynamic Digital Regulations & Privacy team, benefiting from their knowledge and expertise; 

  • you are eager to learn and develop through varied responsibilities, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in digital regulations and privacy; 

  • you monitor the EU's Tech Sovereignty and Digital Decade agendas, analyzing shifting technical regulations and implementation frameworks to assess their implications for our clients; 

  • you translate requirements into risks and business implications for potential clients and create educational, marketing, and promotional materials; 

  • you conduct market research across various sectors.

    When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
    Step 4: The interview

    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.
    Step 5: The offer
    When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
