- a relevant Master’s degree (in HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of HR Technology, ideally within a consultancy firm;
- experience with HR technology, preferably in Oracle HCM Cloud and/or HR Service Delivery space;
- the ability to work effectively in international teams;
- previous experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time;
- strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills;
- an excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English.

How do you do this?
- consulting, configuring and implementing digital HR Solutions, including Oracle HCM Cloud, using agile methodologies (preparing and facilitating client workshops, writing user stories, creating and optimizing HR business processes, configure and develop processes, and developing workflows);
- providing guidance on innovative ideas and applications, as well as on configuration and development approaches to optimize HR processes;
- supporting organizations and their employees through the changes that new technologies and process enhancements entail;
- taking responsibility for specific (sub)deliverables in a project team; defining, analyzing and/or implementing business processes, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud and guiding the final deliverables of the Go-Live phase;
- contributing to business development of clients and accounts;
- ensuring quality assurance on HR-IT Systems and advising on HR-IT strategies, design, and Target Operating Model, while also creating and refining these strategies.

Stap 1: De voorbereiding
Stap 2: Cv en motivatiebrief
De recruiter beoordeelt jouw cv (en andere documenten) en kijkt of jouw studie en eventuele werkervaring aansluit op de functie-eisen.
Stap 3: Het assessment
Wanneer de recruiter genoeg aansluiting ziet met jouw profiel vragen wij je een online assessment te maken. Door middel van het spelen van 4 online games zullen jouw kwaliteiten ontdekt worden, waarna we kijken of deze matchen met de functie waarop je solliciteert.
Stap 4: Het gesprek
Afhankelijk van de scores op het assessment word je uitgenodigd voor een eerste interview. Het eerste interview wordt gevoerd met een recruiter en iemand vanuit het team. We zijn benieuwd wie je bent, wat je hebt gedaan en wat je verwachtingen zijn van een nieuwe baan. We geven je meer inzicht in wat we zoeken en wat de verantwoordelijkheden zijn die bij de vacature horen. Wanneer je wordt uitgenodigd voor een vervolg interview gaan we dieper in op de inhoud. Wat is jouw talent en welke vaardigheden beheers je? Het is mogelijk dat je een case krijgt tijdens een van de vervolg interviews.
Stap 5: De aanbieding
Wanneer alle gesprekken naar tevredenheid zijn doorlopen (voor beide partijen) volgt er een aanbieding. De recruiter maakt het contract voor je op wat je digitaal ontvangt.
